Birthday gift (bicycle) nightmare for my 7-year-old son bought at Game store

What was supposed to be a special gift turned out to be a nightmare for my 7-year-old son. On 24 June 2024, I bought a bicycle as a gift for my son's birthday at Game store in Vincent Mall, East London, after he waited seven years for it.

The following day, the bicycle's chain was broken, and I immediately took it back to Game store to be fixed. Every week thereafter till to-date, the same bicycle chain would break. I asked them not to refund me instead to fix my son's gift (bicycle), due to my loyalty to Game store. The service delivery became more poor, and it took long for Game to fix the bicycle chain. I could not stand the unbearable cry of my son, seeing that he can't enjoy his gift. To top it all, I escalated my dissatisfaction to the senior management, but to no luck. Imagine when you're also failed by the store management, (Assistant store manager, Ms Nomava and floor manager, Deshi) who do you cry to?
