I went to Game store on the 2nd February and I told them that I want a settlement amount I was given an amount of R770 and was told that when I want to cancel I must call back on the following Monday which was the 4th of February as the amount paid will be reflecting .

I paid the amount on the 2nd and on the 4th of February when calling again I was told that I owe R12 that I don't know where does it come from and the agent said she will log a request for cancellation and I will get an email to confirm cancellation but till date am still waiting for the email confirmation .

Yesterday on the 12 February I got an SMS saying I owe game R74.47 which I still don't know where does it come from .

Can I please get my account cancelled .

I really don't know why am I being charged R74.47 or is it because I have a card or what I really don't know .

I will appreciate if this get resolved ASAP by end of business today .
