Biased services

The way they treat black people from rural areas, first they make you pay for the delivery and tell they will arrange with you prior delivery but on the delivery date their courier call you when they in the delivery town to ask you to come collect. Why are they not delivering to the location as promised? Why are black people reviewing a shot service or treated otherwise but we paying the very same amount as everyone.
