Beyond Pathetic Service

Frustration beyond the max!!

Firstly on Tuesday 07th July I went to your store at The Glen to purchase a fridge, after waiting nearly an hour for the sale just to be capture d, an altercation with your sales clerk for my address which I tried to explain nearly 30 times I was told the order will be delivered the next day, 08th July. It is currently the 10th of July, 2 days later and my order still hasn't been delivered. I called your branch yesterday to no avail as the lines were just ringing, I then contacted your customer service number who advised me the store had been closed due to Covid-19 cases.

I then called 5 times spoke to different people each time following up on my order, everyone took my order number down, my contact details and advised they would call me back. This has been from 09:00am this morning until now 15:22pm the afternoon I am still waiting for feedback.

I honestly feel like this store give the most pathetic service, from the moment we walked in we waited until now I am still waiting.

I paid for this delivery, and for this fridge, I don't see why I should be calling after your store to inquire when it will be delivered to my house and then still not receiving any feedback on anything.

Even if the store had a Covid case, what does that have to do with the warehouse? They should still deliver on their stipulated time.
