Beyond disgusting service!

<p>What appalling service received today at Game Westwood Mall! Went for the so called 'Black Friday extended' specials today.</p> <p>The towels were sold out and so was the chlorine. The staff themselves mentioned that head office only brings in a small amount of each item on special. So basically we, the public, are being lured there with these items advertised as 'bait'.</p> <p>I went heavily pregnant with my mum who's a pensioner, only to leave empty handed. But here's the best part : When we complained to the manager (hefty guy with the glasses), he quite arrogantly stated there's nothing he can do, not in the least bit apologetic. We said we'd rather shop elsewhere, and he rep**** 'that's fine, you do that'. What an attitude! So there you have it, Game doesn't need our business folks. And the specials you see are just a trap, DON'T fall for it!</p> <p>Never again will I enter your store, you just lost 2 big customers! Please don't reply like in previous reviews with a simple apology, because that doesn't cut it. Sort your service out, and employ managers who are actually qualified for the job!</p>
