Beyond Disappointed Shocked with your service

Good Afternoon

I ordered a top loader washing machine online and it was delivered on 16/07/22. When I removed it from its packaging it had bumps/dents on it. I contacted th relevant department and was told that they would come pick it up on 1/08/22. Nobody came to pick it, I had to phone again to ask them when they were sending someone to pick it up. Somebody finally came on the 3/08/22 to pick the machine up.

I spoke to numerous *********** people (Akhona, Winnie, Palesa...) at your call center who were not able to give me information as to what was happening. I finally spoke to Chivonne Soha who said everything would be sorted by 10/08/22 and the machine will be delivered by that date. And today when I called both call center agents hung up on and I was told Chivonne is not available and no other manager is available.
