Pathetic online store!

Order nr *** placed on 20/11/2022 for Gateway store pickup.

I was called from the KZN Umhlanga Gateway store to say that they do not have the items and the person did not seem to understand what the digital platform entailed. Then received sms on 22/11/2022 to say items available for pickup at Gateway but this was incorrect. Apparently the items were at The N1 store- how on earth was I supposed to pickup there from KZN??

I have then been battling to call and cancel the order and get my credit card refunded.
