Beware of Game in Tygervalley Mall

I recently bought a Bounceking trampoline for my children at the Game store in the Tygervalley mall. Then only 6 weeks later it broke and I called the store to arrange for an replacement. When I did I was told by an employee at the Game store in the Tygervalley Mall to bring it back and they will gladly replace it. But this was a blatant lie because it was only after my child dismantled the trampoline and I was in the store with it at the Customer Service counter that I was informed that I shouldn't be there. It was only then that I was informed that I couldn't return the trampoline to Game in Tygervalley Mall but instead that I should have been instructed when I bought it to contact the manufacturer of the trampoline directly. I have since provided the information to Bounceking and am awaiting their response.
