Beware of Buying any Iron from Game ( No Exchange for their fautly irons)

few weeks back, I went to game returning a faulty iron from (barbencia). they refused exchange the iron for even though it was still under warranty saying that is has to be sent for repairs. I told the m that when I bought the iron I was told that if something happens while still under warranty the iron will be exchanged for a new one. they refused saying the policy has changed. I told them that if policy changed after I bought the iron it should not affect me, because if I was told that Game does not exchange their faulty irons I would NEVER have bought from them. after a long fight with the staff, I asked for the Manager by the Name of Paul who treated very badly, shouting at me even people in the shop started looking. This was unexpected from someone who is called a Manager, treating a customer like that. so people be WARNED!!!!!!
