BEWARE!!! GAME HAS NO BACKUP FOR DATA
I purchased a tablet for my son there about 8 months ago, and now it is giving problems. I contacted the store to advise that i have the box and all the equipment that came with it, but I lost the slip. so i asked if there was anything that could be done. the lady said unfortunately all data was lost in December and there is no backup. I do not believe a store like this would have no back up.

As explained by management we need the barcode of the item and not the serial number to trace an item. The store will log a call with IT to see if they can assist in any manner and will keep you posted.
