Beware Baywest Game Store

On the 14/11/2016 I had popped in to the Baywest Game store. I had purchased TWO regular priced items.(they were not on promotion or marked down) On receiving my till slip I noticed the first item's price was more than the price on the shelve tag. I queried this and this was checked and I was toldd I would be refunded the difference. While waiting for the refund(which took a while) I looked at the till slip again only to notice that I was overcharged for the second item as well. I then had to bring this to their attention. I now had to wait even longer for the second refund to be processed.

Of the four items I purchased ( two of each kind) I was overcharged a total of R34.00. I know its a cliche' to say that we must check the prices as they are being scanned, but this is not always possible. I this that this type of practice is ********, as there is a trust relationship which is broken when this is done.

Thus a warning to Game Store customers, Beware the good prices adverised at Game stores. Check that the price you see is the price you paid. Oh when i complained after discovering the second item was overchrged as well. A gentlemen (suppose some manager) who asked as to my frustration. said he would look in the matter and walked off.
