I'm so impressed and truly happy to have met and been assisted my Mr David Ferreira who is a store manager at game store in mall@carnvial after a complete nightmare dealing with the call centre team for game online purchase, David really came through for us and insured communication at all times, emails where responded to with minutes, call picked up and feedback given with in the time frame.
