Bennett Read product always have to be returned

Bad experience with game promenade so unprofessional managers named by Merle, I bought a vacuuming a product of Bennett Read everytime we returning this machine coz it's not working the motor is not powerful I'm sick and tired of being told machine needs to be booked for repairs for 21 workings days everytime they recommending a different size we end up sitting with the same issue now I want my money back or they give us a chance to purchase the one they recommending I'm not going to wait again for their policies
