Bennett Read Iron

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. The Bennett Read iron just stopped working after having it a year and 1 month. Have to be booked in and will take between 7 and 21 days to be checked out. In the meantime I am without an Iron which is an essential piece of equipment as we as professionals have to iron our clothes. I am forced to buy another one but not at a Game store again.
