Bennett Read Failed Me...Game isn't helping me

I bought an from Game on the 30th May 2025,and in less than 6 months,it was already dead, no steam no heat, just disappointment. I returned it on the 21st of Nov 2025,expecting quick help.Instead,I've been tossed between emails and empty promises. Game has already my proof of purchase in their store system, yet the customer service asked for the same thing again. They even promised feedback within 48hrs,but silence is all I've gotten. I want a refund ,I don't want an iron that is going to be fixed whereas is less than 6 months. Bennett Read is not an iron for me evenif they replace it ,I won't take that brand, is clearly unreliable.
