Bennet Read / Game appliances

I bought a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner for my mom because I thought the stick vacuum cleaner would be easier to use.It was the worst thing I ever bought from game.the brush part of the vacuum keeps falling out and it has just been a nightmare.Since it was a gift for my mom I did not keep the receipt I really did not think I needed to keep it and she kept it for a few months and only started using it a month ago.I have also noted people returning the brand often with complaints it does not work as promised.I suppose this should be a game and Bennett read review .Game just comes back to people and say Bennett read says no to a refund.I am most unhappy my mom has appliances from other brands that have lasted and never gave her problems
