Bennet Read Blender safety vs profit Game store KBY
July 2023, purchased a Bennett Read blender for R899 @ Game , Kimberley Northern cape mall.November 2023 well using the blender it tripped.my electricity, the montor was apparently at fault.I return the item and asked them to refund as I wasnt happy with this blender.My safety was at risk, I have followed procuders accordingly, I went too the the branch numerous times.But yet again they refuse to refund me.As a customer who was promised a 1 year guarantee on this product , am I denied to exercise my rights.i don't feel safe in using this product, they have repaired the damages , but unfortunately the trust is broken and I don't feel safe in using it again.Kindly just refund my cash.

If an item is within the manufacturer's warranty and faulty, they will assess and repair it if possible. Only if an item is irreparable, will it be credited or exchanged. I will, however, escalate your query and you'll be contacted.
