Bennet Read Airfryer - Game Gateway

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from game Gateway with regards to the purchase of my Bennett Read Air fryer. I have had numerous issues with this product and last year I managed to return the problematic one and get a new one. The new one stopped working in June and I brought it in for repairs on 23 June. At this point I told the ladies that booked it in that if it gives me a problem one more time, I do not want it back, I want a refund and they said that is fine. I picked it up on 15 July and when I took it home the LCD gave an error code. Took it back on 17 July and said that I want a refund as I am fed up with this brand. They tried calling Farhad who is in charge apparently and he did not answer. We also tried calling him personally and he did not answer. They then called someone by the name of Chris Pretorius who basically said that there is nothing he can do to help us because it must go to the supplier and the supplier needs to credit game. I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM THE SUPPLIER, I PURCHASED IT FROM GAME. I would therefore expect game to sort this mess out and then sort it out with supplier.

I am still awaiting a call from someone. No one has even tried contacting me. My appliance was booked in again for repairs which is not what I want. I want my refund and I want to be compensated for my fuel because dropping off and picking up this damn appliance has costed me R1200 in fuel already.
