Being send from Pillar to Post by Game ,as the Protect is from Bennett Read
Game Klerksdorp Store took me for a ride.I bought Air fryer on June 2025 after 4 months 1st of November I took it in for repair.It came back with more problem.December it came back same with nothing being done and more dents.The whole 2morrow I was without air fryer I went on the 4th January still no luck.I requested a refund or be given a new one till today.I ask to talk to manage that is when I was told that if I want to buy appliances in Game I must stick to Logic but the Bennett Read they have their own Sales Reps .When I get there Reps don't have time to service a client as I bought this at Game inside the shop.

16 Jan 2026, 01:10As today I received the missed call then call back,you what was their reply when I get back to them at the shop.The Bennett Rep from head office will be back to work on Monday.As the rep here in Klerksdorp he can't do nothing .On the 15 I received a message that they just received my air fryer,while I left it at Game on the 30th or before December.Im just tired just let me know when this is sorted or I will be refunded or replace that.I used petrol to get to Game .I'm just tired
