Beat that price was not beaten

On the 23/11/2017 I went to Game The Glen to buy paint. I was looking for Plascon Micatex Misty valley Colour. I was told by the manager Mercy that they don't stock that colour and that she would call me back the following day to advise if they will order it for me. I, however, found that Game Trade Route mall had that colour i was looking for so decided i would go there to buy it instead of waiting for The Glen to recieve stock. I went to buy the paint at trade route on friday the 24/11/2017 for R749.00 each, i bought 3 tins. On saturday i found that the price at builders warehouse was cheaper and going for R728 each. I then decided to go to Game The Glen to do the price beat as I found it cheaper only to be told that it cannot be done as I bought the goods at another store and the system doesnt allow for it???? No where on your website nore on the back of your till slip does it say that you would have to go to the store your bought the product from to have the price beaten so i fail to understand your statement on the reverse of your till slip "WE OFFER PEACE OF MIND" clearly this is not the case.
