Be careful when purchasing a tv from game

I purchased a 65inch Hisence tv from game in cresta December 2018. The unit is faulty and I approached game to rectify. It has been more than a month and to date no repair on my unit. I had escalated the matter to the store manager Trevor by email. And guess what still no response. This tv carries a 5 year warranty and I cannot seem to get assistance a mere 30days after purchase.
