Be Careful - Game not honouring guarentee policy.

Be very careful when purchasing something at Game. I bought a 48 Inch TV at Game about 5 months ago. Their return policy states that you have a 6 months guarantee on the product you bought with them. I took my TV back a week ago and wanted it be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately lost the slip, but had the proof of purchase on my credit card statement. They refuse to accept this, but said they have the slip on record and they will phone me when they find the slip. A week later they phoned to say they conveniently cannot find the slip. So now I have to pay to repair a product that is still under guarantee. Thank you Game. On average I spent about R20 000 at Game a year. No more.
