BE AWARE OF GAME ONLINE - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I paid for a fridge online on 30 June 2020 and waited patiently for 10-14 working days to pass as it is stated like that on their website. Only after the 4th call to the call center, I was told that they don't have stock and I will be refunded within 3-5 working days. Today I phoned again only to be told that the request has been sent to the finance department and I will hear back from them in 10-14 working days. It is now over a month and I am sitting without a fridge because Game doesn't have stock and they don't refund me so I can go buy a fridge somewhere else. I want my money back!
