BAYSIDE TABLEVIEW GAME TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER

<p>The terrible service i received at Bayside Tableview is unbelieveable!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought my laptop at game and Ashely Booysen the sales assistant gave me an incorrect number, and this is where my misery started. I went on to call Bayside Game just to ask how I could go about with insuring my laptop. I was put through to Bevan, whom after explaining what I wanted laughed at me and upon asking why he was laughing at me, asked to be directed to someone else. After 20 minutes of being put on hold, while listening to Bevan explaining to another assistant why he had laughed at me Coleen came to the line. No apologies whatsoever for making me hold soo long and discussing me, Coleen was rude and kept asking what is it that I wanted. My request was so simple, I just needed a number that I could call to extend my waranty on my laptop.</p> <p>The reason why Bevan laughed at me was because I asked how I could about insuring my laptop instead of how I could go about extending my warranty. That was my SIN!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Game/Hollard we are your clients, please teach your staff better manners. I did not buy my laptop on credit nor did I ***** it, I paid cash for it... Let us not be treated like *******.</p>
