I have a big complaint against Game Store in Paarl. I bought a Discovery Gazebo from them in 2018 but the reason for buying it was not for immediate use so by the time I open is the poles was sent so I took it back they exchanged it for a new 1 then few months after that I used it and it was broken so I took it back and they give my money, but then last year November I saw again they have a special so I decided to buy again because I wanted it but then from that time until September it was standing with not being used when I borrowed it for my sister then we saw it is broken so I took it back but the manager doesn't want to give my money back and they accuse me of lying that I never used it before only because the package is broken but they can see the sail is still perfectly fold. I want my money to buy a better quality somewhere else.
