Bag Service at Game stores Kempton park

I bought a Hisense double door fridge from Game, so after opening the packaging and I removed all the plastic there was a huge dent on the door so I phoned Game after along back and forth they came back to me neither them or the courier would take responsibility for the dent! Eventually they contacted me and they offered a R500 back! So if you buy something it is the courier peoples responsibility to check if the goods are not damaged and they did not check! The R500 offered was not near the damage that was done on the fridge! So I would not recommend for anybody to buy at Game. Rather buy at Makro
