BAD/POOR service at Game, Mall@Carnival

I am the Principal at Kwa-Thema Skills SOS .We paid Game at Carnival Mall for 100 boxes typek papers on the 28/01/'22.They didn't have papers ,I collected 5,then 20 rotatrim,up until NOW.They have NOTHING in stock and today is the 1st/03/'22.Game at Carnival Mall has bad/poor service.I can't run the school without papers.Why did they take money for stock they don't have in the store,making empty promises daily.
