BADLY DAMAGED FRIDGE

If I could give 0 stars I would yesterday 29-10-19 went to game store in Middelburg mall to buy a fridge the certain one we wanted was out of stock and there was just the one that was on display we where fine with taking that one for it was brand new had NO damages on it. Bought the fridge asked them if they could deliver between 10 & 11 because are busy moving and wanted to make sure someone was available when they offloaded and where promised it will happen then, when they did not arrive or informed anything by one we phoned them and they said they will be there in the next 10 min great finally something they could achieve. When fridge got there it was just lightly wrapped in a single thin layer of bubble wrap. When we took the bubble wrap off we where highly upset the whole thing was scratched up and full of deep dents and what was the feedback we got we will only give you back 1500 and if we want a new one then we must pay the normal price as if we destroyed the fridge.

HOW CAN YOU THINK WE MUST BE HAPPY WITH THAT KINDA SERVICE BUY SOMETHING BRAND NEW AND IT LOOKS LIKE THAT AND THEN YOU EXPECT US TO PAY IN MORE MONEY FOR A REPLACEMENT!!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN
