Bad,Bad,Bad

I bought a Microsoft tag yesterday27/03/21 @ a Game store Galleria mall amanzimtoti,for R2200only to find out that the kids did not need it,through my husband's Game account.Today I went for a refund and the told me it is non-refundable by the floor manager that was thereKogila Chetty.The product key to load it has not been tampered with as it is written on tag.everything still intact,she told me it is the store policy.mind you a verbal store policy she is telling me about..I said to her it is not on the till slip,nor on the microsoft tag,nor where they are kept at the store that it is no return type of an item.She was rude and informed me I should know items that I need at the store when buying.If as a store they have recieved pirated tags,should not it be clearly visible to any customer that i cannot return it?!
