Bad turn around time? Actually its NO TURN AROUND TIME!

My item was delivered and return some time back - I have still not received my refund. No one gets back to me on Web Support Game. And during this time I am being charged interest.

I dont know what the hold up is. And no one is responding. WHY? Im so frustrated.
