Bad Treatment

I bought an Iron at Game( The Glen Mall), however, the Iron stopped working and I took it back,I was told that they would send it for repairs to Bennett Read which might take 21 days as it is not their responsibility to refund or replace the Iron.

I am very disappointed as I have to Iron my daughter's uniform every day and am told to wait 21 days, am wondering what to do in the meantime while waiting. I felt ill-treated at the manner the store Game and Bennett Read Manager Vusi Nkabinde treated this matter!
