bad treatment

On 09/04/2016 I drove about 15 km to Cradlestone mall Game Liqours to buy Whiskys( Singleton R359,99 and Jameson Select reserve R299,99) which were advertised on special on Daily Sun from 7-10/04/2016. They did not have in stock and manager confirmed that their Head office didn't sent them stock. He registered me on call back voucher no's ***&174 respectively. I then bought other stuff of which they didn't have cigarretes again. I then walked next door to the shop to buy cigarretes (Stuyvesant 20's and 30's) and I was told they were out of stock. I got more frustrated and to add to my misery was when I wanted to buy Mtn airtime and was told it it also out of stock. I then spoke to the other Manager who didnt have a name tag and said she is Bongiwe Mene, whom i asked whether they sell we dont have of which she laughed at me and said it is not their problem as their Head office is controlling stock, she can just give me call back vouchers. I've explained that I can't drive so far to get call back vouchers. I felt so humiliated, dissapointed and frustrated by the Retail shop I'm having account with. I had to pay parking bill for spending more than an hour and got nothin
