Bad to no service

I apl**** for a Game account online, staying 25km away from the nearest store took some time off at work to fetch the card just to get there and they could not issue the card because the lady working with the cards is on annual leave and there is no one else.I wasted time,money and petrol.I am very dissapointed.Talk about inconvenience.
