Bad telephone etiquette

I am high risk with a bad lung so I try to call around to be sure of stock instead of shopping around in person, to stay safe. Game Knysna is a great place to get good deals but over the phone their service is **********. I have called 8 times now over the last 2 days just to find out if an appliance is in stock. Nobody can give me an answer and they never call back when they say they will. COVID is a reality now shops like Game need to get better with this.
