Bad telephone etiquette and WhatsApp service
Logged a request on the Game store WhatsApp service portal at 9am to reschedule my delivery however driver still called after 3pm and was unavailable. Automatically got a call for delivery today by 3om however no parcel has arrived and when calling Traderoute who arranged for today there is absolutely no service, after ringing, I am transfered back and forth. Very very unprofessional.
