Bad smell in my freezer

I bought a Defy fridge on the 28/10/2018 at game kollonade,my freezer now has got bad smells,I tried everything,the smell is still the and it's very bad.I called game and spoke to Merle she said my warranty does not cover it I must call Defy.There is nothing that they can do about.So my money is lost now?This matter must be solved,I'm even going involve my lawyer in this matter.Games customer service is very weak,and it's not the first time,but this time I am going to go all out.
