Bad servie

The service at Game Cresta is pathetic, I bought a washing machine on Friday cash, I still have not received my machine. Monday I called the sales person said I did pay and I was with him at the teller, I have a receipt, approved bank statement sows the money went out of my account. Mpho told me on Monday afternoon after I contacted customer service, of which they saw the payment, that delivery will take place yesterday.
