BAD SERVICES

I went to game on the 5th Feb 2022 in the morning to purchase a fridge and I was told that it will be delivered on Monday it's Thursday and I have not received it, I decided to call and I was told that they will come back to me I had to wait hours and they didn't call back decided to call them back when I call back I am told that the warehouse stories and it's been escalated but however they haven't been communicating with me like am in the dark I don't know what's happening .. THE SERVICES IS REALLY BAD LIKE!!!!
