i bought a defy Microwave for R1899 last year December at Game stores in East London, round about early march it stopped working, we then went on lock down, during the lockdown period, i called in the Game stores and they said they can only take it under level 2 so i had to wait. i took the microwave in under level 2, it took a week for them them to get back to me and tell me that Defy says they cannot fix the microwave because they found a ****roach inside it, my question is the microwave stayed in a box from March up until level 2, n it also stayed at the Game stores, so what if there are ****roaches at game stores and they got in there, i have been calling Defy and they keep putting me on hold. this is really not fair because a microwave that was barley used for 4 months, and we had to also go under lockdown for that long, kindly assist because i am not going to let this go just like that. Game is trying to play blame games that i should call Defy, but the Microwave was bought from them
