BAD SERVICE!!! VERY Unprofessional

I wanted to buy the Dell Monitor Item no. 754671-EA, Model S2721HN special was R2,399.00 valid until 30/11/2021, It was only available online. I phoned Game's customer service and was informed that this was out of stock, I requested a rainy day check, the advisor informed me that Game does not offer this service, even though I have gotten this before. She said her supervisor said they do not offer it, I then asked for her supervisor's name, she placed me on hold and I stayed on hold for 3 minutes the call cut off, I then phoned back waited again for someone to answer and when the call rang to go through to the department my call was rejected. I phoned for a third time hoping to speak to someone else but no answer after 6 minutes of waiting the background music went silent nothing happened. I phoned at 14:47,15:01, 15:07 an chose option one (assistance with product availability or advise). How unprofessional if you do not want to give your details just hang up!
