Bad Service, They don't take their customer serious

I bought a refrigerator last year Oct 2020 than Dec 2020 the refrigerator stopped working we want to Game at Festival Mall the requested us to provide information regarding the purchase of fridge than they will send the information to head office by Jan. even today they did not get back to us and we only used the fridge for 4 months before it was broken. Please get back to me ASAP because this is the 2nd complain and you never respond or contact me. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
