Bad service & Still no Tv

On Friday 30th June 2023 I visited GameEastrandmall to purchase a Samsung TV for 10k and was assisted by Anele .At the end of the sale Anele assured me that I would recieve the delivery by Saturday. after No communication during the weekend I called the store on Monday to find out what the delay was .The lady said the system is slow and I should get the delivery by Wednesday.On Thursday I visited the store to speak to the Manager Sylvia and was told to wait for Chifiwa as he is on lunch. After about 20min I approached Chifiwa to ask about the TV he showed me it was dispatched on Thursday 6 July from warehouse and should get to me latest Friday .I am still awaiting the TV .This is really making me suspicious of what goes on at Game as when I bought the tv it was in store but now it’s taking forever to be delivered
