Bad service recieved at Game

I am not happy at all I bought TV in 2020 March 28. Now the TV is not working while it was guaranteed to work 5 years. They fail to reprint the slip. I was advise that day slip can be retrieved so now I'm finding my self being send to all different directions. I have spend over R100 airtime calling a manager that was suppose to help me at gate way dropped me while I was waiting. I don't want to include my attorney's to this matter but if my hand is forced I will definetly will can I have this TV fixed.
