Bad service recieved at Cresta mall at the cell phone department

I wanted to open the contract that game advertised in their papers which is the iPhone 6s 32gb smart phone or R149 per month on contract per month x36 n uChoose Flexi 12, we went to Game in create and asked about the contract and was told that they don't have stock of the phone, we went to the cell phone counters, and when we asked if they could take down our details and let us know when they got stock, the lady said she doesn't know, and didn't want to help us further, the service at Cresta is very bad, as the ladies service at the cell phone counter are not helpful, we went at around 2pm, can someone who does want to do their job please call me so that I can do an application for this contract
