Bad service, Really disapointing

<p>So one morning i walk into game at lakeside mall in benoni with the need of buying a new TV, but first i was looking for a battery charger to charge my battery. My wife was acompaning me and we were walking around looking for the chargers, after about tewn minutes and no luck in finding the stores rechargable battery section we went over to the electronic service counter that was close by. There was a couple of Game service atendants that was standing and sitting around so i ask them in a general manner can somebody please help me to find what im looking for. All four of the people just bluntly ignore me. I then turned my attention to one gentlemen in specific, thinking that mayby a direct approuch will be more affective. I great the man and he greats me back and as i start explaining my problem to him he then merely turns his back on me and then starts playing games or something on his phone. I loudly exclaim. Excuse me is anybody going to help me out !! and yet they just ignore me. so me and my wife left our desire to buy anything from this shop and regreatfully so we will never ever be going back there again. On our way out i pass what seemed to be one of the managers on the floor and i make a comment saying that i am disgusted with this shop. In hearing this the floor manager walks over to me and asks if something is wrong and i told her the story, by then she started calling out for assistance and started running around to help me out because i mentioned that i wanted to buy a TV so obviosly was going to spend some big money, But it was to late then and me and my wife siply walked out of the store.</p> <p>Since when does customers get treated like they dont exist and that they are not important anymore, as the yeaars passed Game and a handfull of other stores customer service has gone very badly backwards. What is the reason of this ? i feel a good shop should give good customer service and i regret to say that Game Lakeside Mall is not amoung any of these shops that look after their customers, They only care about getting their money now and they have no more respect for their customers, And they seem to forget its us, Your customers that puts money in your pocket, loose the customers and you will losse your money.......</p>
