Bad service provided

I purchased a Proline laptop for R3000 and within 3 weeks it was damaged, i tried to return it back and the people there who assisted told me that i bought the laptop at my own rist and they wont be able to give me my money back or ant laptop back but the only fix the laptop, the people who assisted me were rude and not willing to assist me they took the laptop and advised that it should be fixed within 21 days. i wetnt there after 21 days i went to fetch the laptop and tried to use it and after a week it was damaged. i did as last and returned it back but still every time i go and fetch t after a week it becomes damaged again. am afraid that this laptop will always be damaged and returned back to the store until the end of my guarantee. those people there at game have attitude each day i rertun my laptop they look at me as if am a bully. i would like to get my money back or theu]y should provide me with a new device am tired of going to that store. please assist
