Bad Service PATHETIC service EYOH!!!

Hi,

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving for you.

My fridge was supposed to be delivered by 07 December and I still haven't received it the latest date to be delivered was today and I still haven't received it yet.

This is the worst service I've ever had from a company.

There is no follow ups received no SMS saying what's happening no email to give me an update.
