Bad service no stock

Went to game today to buy nappies, on promotion. NO STOCK. How can a promotion start today and no stock. I specifically went today since I will receive epensioners discount, now I won't be able to get it at a cheaper rate. None of the staff members could help me and just pull up their shoulders. How can they do this, the service at Secunda is non existent as always.
