Bad service. Marco needed in Richards Bay

Bad service. I waited half an hour before i could get help. Then the guy tells me they out of stock. I come back the next day and they say the special is still on and they can order it for me. That was 25th of November. Im writing this complaint on the 13th of December. I did go to the store on the 8th and they said my stove will be delivered by the 12th. Called them today and they say they forgot. I am still waiting for delivery. After this i feel like driving to Macro to buy the stove. Will be faster. Terrible service. Furthermore they have 1 guy working the appliance department. Really......
