Bad Service, it's shocking

Yesterday i went to game store at menlyn mall to purchase a laptop since well i am writing my exams and the current laptop i had, crashed. I have never received such a horrible experience before, Well i spent almost 45 minutes wondering around trying to get some assistance so i get a laptop while staff members were gathering, having chit-chats. Eventually one guy called Earl Mei to come and assist me. The experience with earl was so unpleasant, he was very unhelpful he looked really bored by me, nevertheless i didn't pay too much attention because i just wanted my laptop. He went to their backoffice came with laptop, gave it to me and he was done with me. My lunch time was long over so i didn't really look what's inside and anyway the box was still sealed. To my surprise when i get home the laptop is without a charger. I went back to the store today, i requested to see the manager, I was approached by a guy named Tshepo Moeketsi claiming to be a manager/is a manager i don't know cause wow, i explained my situation, guy stood there and insulted my intelligence, saying i should have asked earl to open the box for me, apparently it's not in their job description to open boxes. It was shocking!!!!! No empathy nothing, Zero apology for the inconvenience caused
